Alaia Fitness Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

• All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded while it is being fulfilled.

Shipping Times:

• Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information:

• A tracking number will be provided 2 to 5 days after payment.
• You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

• Alaia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
